Job Description

The company is on 5 days week, working hour 9-6pm.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

•           Leadteam to improve customer service experience

•           Takeownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution

•           Set aclear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

•           Workwith multiples parties in factor to achieve customer satification

Requirements:

•           Degreeor Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Optics Engineering

•           3-5years preferably experience in semiconductor equipment machine

•           3-5years of leading a team in providing customer support

•           Abilityto think strategically and to lead

•           Strongclient-facing and communication skills

•           Proficiencyin English
