For Candidates

Click on the “Opportunities” tab next to the Home Page.

  1. Utilise the customisable options on the left to filter the jobs you want.
  2. Alternatively, use the search bar on the top of the page!

We’re glad that you’ve decided to apply! Here’s how to:

  1. Click on the job you want to apply to.
  2. On the right side of the page, click on either the “Apply for this Job” or “Login to Apply Job” button.
  3. If the site prompts you to sign up or log in, do it!

For Employers/Recruiters

Welcome to the JobsPivot family! Edit your company profile by following these steps:

  1. Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page.
  2. On the left side of the page, click on “Company Profile”.
  3. Once you enter the page, edit your company information as needed.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the little box to agree to our site’s Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
  5. Click on the “Save Settings” button to lock in your changes!
  1. Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page.
  2. On the left side of the page, click on “Company Profile”.
  3. Scroll to the “Account Members” section and click on the “Add Account Member” button.
  4. Fill in your new account member information as required.
  5. Choose the permission types your new account member will have access to using the checkboxes under “Member Permissions”.
  6. Click on the “Add Member” button to finish adding your new account member!
  7. You can edit account member information and permission types at any time via the “Account Members” section.
  1. Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page.
  2. On the left side of the page, click on “All Applicants” to view candidates who’ve applied to your jobs.

If you’ve an active package (at least a SilverPivot tier), you can access JobsPivot’s candidate pool, even if they’ve not applied to your jobs. All you need to do is click on the “Talents” button at the top of the page.

  1. Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page.
  2. On the left side of the page, click on “Post a New Job” and fill in your job information.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Post Job” button.
  4. Select your preferred package or choose to purchase a new package, and click on the “Update Package” button. That’s it!
