Job Description

Remuneration: $2,500 to $3,000/month


  • Performs monthly Internal audit checks for daily transactions payment and settlements (AR)
  • Ensure accuracy of settlements and performs investigations when necessary
  • Processing reimbursements
  • Reviewing vendor statements
  • Assisting in end month reconciliation
  • Performs AP related issues with internal & external stakeholder
  • Data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying and general accounts administrative duties


  • Supporting employee life-cycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Participating in the implementation of HR policies and recommend appropriate practices
  • Participate in the development of the HR strategic goals and direction
  • Support and participate in training needs analysis and sourcing for external trainings
  • Support and update employee progression pathways and competencies
  • P-File’s maintenance and keeping records up to date.
  • Assisting in statutory claims and submissions
  • Assisting in facilitating of Employment Passes issues
  • Assisting in E-Leaves & E-Claim Management System
  • Performs ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Assisting in payroll
  • Performs ad-hoc tasks assigned

  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly adaptable
  • Proactive, resourceful & a team-player
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google suite application
