Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all daily counter collections are reconciled and accurately accounted for on a timely basis
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment and recording of vendor invoices, staff claims and honorarium
  • Ensure proper and timely capitalization of fixed assets and put in measures to minimize thefts and loss
  • Timely preparation and review of monthly financial and management reports
  • Review balance sheet accounts and monthly schedules periodically
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents, bankers and other government agencies as necessary
  • Work closely with various departments on continuous process improvements
  • Ensure proper compliance of financial policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 2 years in similar role with supervisory experience
  • Prior audit experience will be advantageous
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Accpac and SAP will be advantageous
