Job Description


1. Manage assigned key accounts and support seamless communications, business strategies and growth of these key accounts

2. Establish sound rapport and connection with assigned accounts and ensure long term strategic partnership. Understanding customer and providing value-added services through close communication with client and internal stakeholders via regular visits

3. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according YLSG’s Process & SOPs to drive productivity as per customer needs and objectives

4. Liaise and coordinate with Yusen global offices/agents with regards to tender, sales-related enquiries, as well as shipment monitoring/ coordination in accordance to account SOP set up. Also, to support and lead in RFQs/RFIs

5. Set up and perform QBR and share best practices

6. Communicate customer view of performance internally to YLSG and ensure appropriate actions are established, executed and effective

7. Responsible for clients’ outstanding payment, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

8. Ensure AR payment of clients aligned with the target AR number of days of overdue

9. Provide client and Target information, maintenance of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in quality and timely manner

10. Perform other job duties as requested by the Immediate Superior / HOD



• Minimum Diploma Qualifications

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding/logistic/supply chain industry or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
