Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct baking and dessert creation or culinary courses for adults and senior citizens
  • Ensure any materials required for the class is sufficient throughout the day as well as alert the person-in-charge if otherwise so they may replenish the ingredients
  • Conduct Train-The-Trainer programmes for new baking and dessert creation trainers
  • Conduct demonstrations in roadshows as and when the management requires
  • Other duties as deemed fit by the management

Qualification and Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma in a related field
  • Possess the full ACTA qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the F&B industry and in particular, baking and dessert creation
  • Also have at least 1 year of basic training experience (not necessarily in the training baking industry)
  • Able to train adults and senior citizens in an optimistic, cheerful and fun manner
