Job Description


  • Source, build rapport and educate clients on the value of their brand engagement with the Company.
  • Create, implement and oversee branding campaigns across diverse media channels, including partnerships.
  • Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and reporting including recommendations for improvement and continuous optimization.
  • Facilitate internal workshops for all Teams.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Conduct consumer interviews and analyse insights.
  • Craft product concepts for all Company brands.
  • Communicate our brand internally and externally, align company around foundational ideas.
  • Brand guardian who assists internal teams (marketing, product, HR etc.) and agencies to execute on-brand experiences.
  • Interpret campaign metrics and share how data drives next steps in the performance marketing campaigns.
  • Retain clients with contract renewals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients, and work with the Sales Team to increase clients adoption of our services.
  • Work with a team of Social Media Marketers and Studio Producers.
  • Provding regular input on all account activities including status.
  • Remain constantly updated with company capabilities and services, and upgrade your knowledge of digital marketing solutions so as to effectively communicate all offerings to the Client.
  • Ensure that Client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, informing Management Team of any problems that might arise.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor and management.
