- Ensure compliance to rules and regulations set by the National Environmental Agency (NEA), workplace safety professionally and upholding the image of the company at all times.
- Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors.
- Conduct quality control on the daily production needs as well as to check the quality of raw cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
- Ensuring that the preparation, production and presentation of café food are of highest quality at all time.
- Operate and maintain equipment and report to the superior of any malfunctioning.
- Responsible for hygiene safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
- Guides and trains cook who are under their care.
