  • Ensure compliance to rules and regulations set by the National Environmental Agency (NEA), workplace safety professionally and upholding the image of the company at all times.
  • Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors.
  • Conduct quality control on the daily production needs as well as to check the quality of raw cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
  • Ensuring that the preparation, production and presentation of café food are of highest quality at all time.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and report to the superior of any malfunctioning.
  • Responsible for hygiene safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
  • Guides and trains cook who are under their care.
