Claims Assistant (Contract)

A reputable insurer in Singapore is looking for Claims Assistant to assist in handling insurance claims assessments. Dynamic working environment with good career opportunity as well as to be a part of an exciting team.

• Manage end-to-end claim process and ensure all claims submitted by the team adheres to guidelines and procedures.
• Seek clarifications and liaise with medical institutions and policyholders on outstanding requirements
• Deliver excellent service and enhance customer and business relationship management
• Attend to claims enquiries
• Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory and legal matter.
• Degree/Diploma/Professional Insurance Certificate
• Prior experience in accident and health claims experience will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, written and communication skills
