Course Consultant (Consumer Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Outreach and engage people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning
  aspirations
• Propose suitable training solutions to a range of prospective leads via various channels (Social
  Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, etc.)
• Actively maintain business growth and maximize potential of prospective leads
• Build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one’s sales
  portfolio

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales working
  experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
• A keen learner and have a quest for life-long learning
• Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (roadshow, branches, corporate events,
  call-center, virtual sessions, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal & external stakeholders
• Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Able to commit weekends if required
