Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily to provide the Caring Experience at the front desk
  • Attend to walk-in and in-coming call/email enquiries
  • Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and top-notch service experience
  • Anticipate and identify clients’ needs to increase customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all interactions with clients are handled carefully whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures
  • Administer appointment booking and scheduling for clients
  • Delivering Happiness is our purpose

What you require:

  • Entry applicants are welcome to apply
  • Open to Singaporeans only
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Prior experience in a customer service role or within the industry will be advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Discipline, responsible and is a team player
  • Diploma in any discipline and above, or equivalent
  • Well-groomed and possess a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated with high level of integrity
