Job Description

a) To response timely to calls from customers or users and dispatching calls to field technicians;
b) To assist technicians / engineers with building specification / location and other data that are available in the dispatch system;
c) To monitor and close out all calls based on set status reports from the field;
d) To collect and summarize reports for Call Center Controller;
e) To send message of any special instruction in the dispatch system to relevant field technicians.
