-Preparation of drawings and compile documents for submission,

-Able to perform field work if needed, to measure and sketch existing or proposed sites

-Responsible for plotting and checking drawings, monitor modeling/ update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there are changes

-To perform good communication skills and able to Coordinate with Designers, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers on Project execution and approval of shop drawings and as-built drawings

-Able to create BIM/ 3D Model content and extracting from product for the purpose of BIM supports to client

-Able to organize, lead and chair meetings with operations team to   understand of projects/products requirements

-To perform administrative support and duties and responsible for the record keeping and documentation of project requirements.

-To improve efficiency and work systematically

1) Drawing source:

-Receiving & maintaining drawing source from maincon.

-Checking drawing content and site areas, measures

for our scope of works.

2) Quantity Takeoff:

-Actual Quantity Takeoff measures and items on  Drawings for product orders accuracy of projects.

-Making Quantity Takeoff installation Item wise Lists.

3) Shop Drawings:

-Preparing Shop Drawings for on site Installation and maincon’s approval.

4)  Amendments:

-Checking and corrections from maincon’s

previous & latest comments for shop drawing changes.

5)  Onsite Checking & Variations:

-Onsite Checking of installation and variations and

remove portions as on Shop, As built drawings.

6)  Changes and Omissions :

-Onsite changes & omissions of installation portions, measures  updating  on submission to As-built drawings.

7)  Drawing Updates:

-Changes and Updates based of Maincon’s requisition to Shop & As-built drawings.

8)  Time Followup:

-Ensure timely follow up with deadline of drawing level by level requisitions.

9)  Submissions :

-Finalised As-built drawing contents for final submission or claim purposes to Maincon’s projects.
