Job Description

  • Experienced in cooking large quantities of food
  • Experienced in handling cooked and uncooked food.
  • Day to day operations of Kitchen
  • Able to do stocktaking and ordering of ingredients required for the stall
  • Keep Kitchen hygienic, neat, and clean before and after each day of operation
  • Able to coordinate with and supervise kitchen helper/assistant
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
