Job Description

Contract duration: 6 months (with a chance to extend / convert to permanent)


  • Assist the full spectrum of recruitment
  • Screen and qualify applications from both passive and active avenues
  • Conduct basic screening for applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, and experiences
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Coordinate for interviews and liaise with hiring managers for interview schedules.
  • Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.



  • Min. Diploma in business / HR related field
  • Min. 1 year of technical recruitment experience, preferably coming from Engineering / IT Division
  • Must know the employment law well
  • Must know the TAFEP guideline well
  • Detail oriented and team player
