Job Description

What you’ll be involved in

  • Advise management on administration of HR policies and procedures to client companies
  • Serve as external consultants by analysing company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures for client company
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with the Employment Act of Singapore, as well as Ministry of Manpower guidelines
  • Assist with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow in client company
  • Develop methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects in client company
  • Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance for client company
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your supervisor


What you’ll need to succeed

  1. Self-confidence and excellent listening skills
  2. A degree in HR, or a relevant field
  3. Proficient with HR software
  4. Experience of 4 years and above in related field
  5. Experience in project management, preferably HR related
  6. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
  7. Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
  8. Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT
  9. Ability to strategise and formulate business plans
