Job Description
Advantage Partners is looking for diligent and conscientious HR/Recruitment Executives to uptake the supportive role to lead our dynamic team in searching and hiring talented individuals.
Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting and facilitating the full cycle of searching and recruiting of candidates
- Work closely with departmental manager(s) to develop strategic recruitment plans to optimise recruiting operations
- Maintain personnel and employment information within the organisation
Skills, Traits, and Attributes that we seek:
- High level of communicative & interpersonal skills
- Good time-management skills
- IT and various software skills (e.g. know how to utilise Microsoft Office)
- Good e-mail etiquette and phone calling skills
Requirements:
- No experience in HR or Recruitment is required as training is provided
- Experience in conducting interviews is a plus
