Job Description

Advantage Partners is looking for diligent and conscientious HR/Recruitment Executives to uptake the supportive role to lead our dynamic team in searching and hiring talented individuals.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for supporting and facilitating the full cycle of searching and recruiting of candidates
  • Work closely with departmental manager(s) to develop strategic recruitment plans to optimise recruiting operations
  • Maintain personnel and employment information within the organisation

Skills, Traits, and Attributes that we seek:

  • High level of communicative & interpersonal skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • IT and various software skills (e.g. know how to utilise Microsoft Office)
  • Good e-mail etiquette and phone calling skills

Requirements:

  • No experience in HR or Recruitment is required as training is provided
  • Experience in conducting interviews is a plus
