Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you are a systematic professional who believes in the importance of a well-oiled back office as precursor to all other great accomplishments that (naturally) follow. Order and accountability are emblazoned on your left and right arms as you constantly strive for greater efficiency.

What you’ll be involved with:

Human Resources

  1. Execute the full spectrum of Human Resources services (e.g. manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, budgeting, and talent development)
  2. Support the implementation of Human Resources strategies, procedures, and policies
  3. Ensure the smooth running of back office operations in accordance with prescribed policies, standard operating procedures, and customer expectations


  1. Execute the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions (e.g. maintain full sets of day-to-day accounts, handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, process day-to-day transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing, payroll, and tracking business expenses)
  2. Prepare monthly financial reports


  1. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies
  2. Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your supervisor

What you’ll need to succeed:

  1. 1-2 years of professional experience in both Human Resources and Finance functions
  2. The conviction to adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws or regulations
