Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* End user support on L1 Issues

* Provide support and troubleshooting – password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, support routing and escalation to L2 Support

* Handle basic server and network storage administration whenever necessary

* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

* Taking ownership of customers reported issues and track them through resolution and bring to closure of ticket raised

* Liaise with third party vendors to coordinate client’s issues and assist in IT procurement from time to time

* Liaise with product manufacturers for problem escalation and resolution

 

REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies, Information System or related course

* Min. 1 Years of experience in Desktop & End User support environment

* Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Windows Installer related topics (Windows 7 above)

* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts

* An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills

* Excellent end user support and communication skills

* Strong sense of responsibility and accountability is a must

* A strong advantage if you have hands-on experience in POS system setup and management
