Sales Incentives and Bonuses
- High commission structure, earning up to $15,000 per month in fixed salary
- Additional bonus of $1,000 upon breaking sales records
- Additional $500 per month upon hitting minimum average presentation target
- Additional $500 per month upon hitting closing rate
Role
- Utilise strong selling skills and understand customer needs
- Expand the membership base of the company by bringing on new clients
- Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with our recommendations
- Confidently communicate membership services and programs to prospects
- Collaborate with your team and other colleagues to enhance the member experience
- Receive regular sales training and career development
Requirements
- Personal interest in health and fitness and/or martial arts is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Coachable
- Integrity
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Comfortable working weekends on a 5 day work week
