Job Description

  • Manning of scanning station average 2-3hrs per day
  • Manning the safe entry station daily at level 10. Ensure all people entering does safe entry and temperature declaration
  • Crowd control during peak hours
  • Assist Operations Executive in daily admin task.
  • Consolidate course registration, attendance and end of course evaluation data for reporting
  • Assist in batch document filing
  • Logistics support in ensuring class setup is ready prior to course commencement
  • Attending to onsite logistic request for both LHUB classes and FPG users

Job Requirement

  • Possess O/N/A Levels or Nitec in any field
  • Candidate with 1 year of administrative/operations experience is preferred
  • Able to work independently on the task given
  • Able to handle multitask and meticulous
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office and Email
