Job Description

Provide admin support such as expense claim recording, processing client’s claim submission.

– Updating and maintaining client databases.

– Assisting in setting up meetings with potential clients.

– Social media and community engagement activities

– Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

Requirement

– Min Diploma/ “A” level certification

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

– Self-motivated and takes initiative to solve problems

– Positive mindset, responsible and independent

– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

– Only Singaporeans/SPR

Working hours:

Mon – Fri ; 9.30am – 5.30pm

Internship paid out monthly $700 – $900
