Job Description

Contract duration: 6 months (with a chance to extend / convert to permanent)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruitment
  • Screen and qualify applications from both passive and active avenues
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, and experiences
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Following up on the interview contracting and onboarding processes status.
  • Handle ad hoc events such as recruitment drives

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in business / HR related field
  • Min. 1 year of technical recruitment experience, preferably coming from Engineering / IT Division
  • Must know the employment law well
  • Must know the TAFEP guideline well
  • Detail oriented and team player
