Job Description

  • Work closely with Product Managers to achieve company’s objectives;
  • Liaise with internal Product Sales team and vendors on all purchasing matters;
  • Issuing purchase order to vendors;
  • To maintain suppliers/ vendor/ source information and inventories;
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports in timely manner to vendors;
  • Follow up and monitor outstanding Purchase order and sales order on weekly basis;
  • Maintain, update and monitor loan report; and
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

  • Able to work independently with initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
  • Meticulous and detailed in checking information and data
  • Self driven
