Job Description

Core responsibilities  
  • Responsible for outgoing quotations with accuracy, completed within deadlines.
  • Responsible in assisting Sales/ Specification Team in internal or external liaison to facilitate Customer’s order, delivery and collection.
  • Take ownership and be accountable for the tasks assigned
  • Able to improve workflow and identify areas of weakness for improvements.

 

Task
  • Preparing quotations to customers after communicating with Sales Person.
  • Check for costs needed to complete quotation after discussing with Sales Person. Work with Operation department for costing.
  • To assign Quotation/Leads to sales person for follow up.
  • To take minutes for all sales meeting requirements.
  • To qualify leads from BCI, Phone or Emails before notifying Sales Person for follow up.
  • CRM system usage: updating of customer’s information, quotation, project pipeline. Hubspot experience will be a plus.
  • Keeping CRM information up to date at all times. To generate any sales and funnel report from CRM.
  • Checking for samples in office, replenish with Principals when required and keep samples updated together with Marketing team.
  • To help with sample board submission (when needed).
  • Able to understand construction drawings and do necessary calculations when needed would be a plus.
  • Coordinate with Internal and external to complete all assigned and related task.
  • To facilitate sensible choices when called upon and have a team base mindset.

 

Education, Experience ·         Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.

·         At least two years’ relevant experience in similar position.

 

 

Knowledge

·         Knowledge in Syspro or similar system.

·         Knowledge in Ms Excel.

·         Knowledge in building materials.

 

Skills
  • Organizational and time management skill.

·         Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.

  • Able to work independently and task oriented.
