Job Description

Core responsibilities  
  • Responsible in achieving sales target set for the business.
  • Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
  • Responsible for prospecting and identifying new opportunities and customers.
  • Timely update of CRM within 3 days of appointments.

 

 

Tasks

 
  • Identify and qualify new prospects and opportunities.
  • Follow up on new leads from marketing or personal research.

·         Respond to customers’ queries about company products.

  • Estimate project cost based on customer’s requirements and prepares quotation for customers including the relevant contractual terms.
  • Hit the require visitation numbers set by company.
  • Achieve new monthly accounts numbers set by company.
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Obtain customer background and information for new clients.

·         Review sales contracts and negotiate the terms of the contract with the customers.

·         Update sales pipeline on a monthly basis

·         Attend weekly meeting for project update and new leads

·         Provide detail project information in the handover form from sales to operations.

  • Attend to and manage any project issues where required.

 

 

Education
/Experience

 
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years sales experience in building and construction industry.

 

 

Knowledge

 
  • Knowledge in Architecture, Interior Design and Building materials.
  • Product Knowledge of company’s product range.
  • Knowledge in reading floor or ceiling plan and drawings.
  • Knowledge of selling methodologies for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

 

 

Skills

 
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with various level both internal and external.
  • Persuasive skills to convince customers to make purchase decision.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve mutual agreement for business objective.
  • Communication skills including active listening for effective presentation.
