SERVICE COORDINATOR

Job Scope/Responsibilities:

– Handling calls and general administrative duties
– Attending to customers’ enquiries/ complaints
– Preparing quotations, invoices and delivery orders
– Generating letters and reports as and when required
– Keeping track of incoming and outgoing job units
– Liaising with service engineers, technical managers and suppliers to ensure timely job completion

– Sending and following-up with due date reminders
– Issuing, registering and maintaining all documents and data in accordance to the quality system

Requirements:

– Minimum GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’/ ‘A’/ ITE Levels with at least 1-2 years experience in clerical/ general administration or equivalent.
– Must be customer oriented, very organized and meticulous, and able to multitask
– Must have good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Words and Outlook
– Possess good typing speed
– Pleasant personality
– Familiarity with MYOB will be an added advantage
– Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation will be an added advantage
– Able to start work immediately
– 5-day week: 9am to 6pm
