Job Description

(Service Crew Job Description)
–Ensuring smooth operations of the cafe includes, but not limited to beverage preparation, customer service, housekeeping, hygiene control and stock checking.
-Ensuring compliance to rules and regulations set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Workplace Safety professionally and upholding the image of the company at all times.
-Keeping the work station clean and well organized.
-Ensuring a smooth and fast turnover of tables for the next set of customers.
-Processing customers’ orders and bill payments.
-Handling all orders from Grabfood and Food Panda.
