Team Leader – Houskeeping (Environmental Services, Healthcare Institution) – Service Industry, Based in Singapore
As our Company embarks on rapid business expansion, we are sourcing for a highly-driven, dynamic and committed Team Leader – Houskeeping to provide operational support for all our accounts, where we provide services such as Facilities Management, Housekeeping, Portering, Health Attendant and Visitor Management services at local healthcare institutions and Government sector.
Due to the current aggressive growth and transformational stage of the business, the successful candidate must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced working environment, convert diversified challenges into opportunities and be resourceful in working with the team to achieve the desired outcomes aligned with the business direction of the company. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall housekeeping of the premise
  • Conduct inspection of work to ensure conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Supervise, assign duties and provide training to a team of housekeepers
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Executive from time to time
  • Able to do project work & operate machines
  • Able to do basic report writing
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘’N” Level with at least 2-4 years of working experience in the healthcare/hospitality industry
  • Possess leadership qualities
  • Well groomed and presentable
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
