Job Description
Team Supervisor – Online Grocery Orders
Location: Marine Parade
Job Descrption:
– Ensure online grocery ordrs are proceesed accurately and delivered on time
– Inventory Management
– Maintaining pick, pack and delivery standards
– Attend to order-related enquiries by customers
– Supervise and train a team of Grocery Shoppers in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
– Manpower rostering
Requirements:
– Diploma/A level/Higher NITEC/O level with minimum 2 years of retail/inventory management
– Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
– Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Hands-on, service oreintated and meticulous
– Able to work 6 days work week, including weekends & PH
– Able to work rotating shift (7AM – 3PM / 3PM – 11PM)
Salary: $2,300 – $2,500 (depending on experience)
