Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


– Answer enquiries, schemes and campaign related enquires

– Provide good customer service to customers within the first call

– Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement

– Handle and manage escaltion issues effectively

– Handling of Mandarin speaking and local dialect clients


Job Requirements:

– Possess good spoken and written communication skills

– Proactive, good organizational skills and time management

– Supervisory positions are available too

– Preferably able to speak Mandarin ( in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)


Job Details

– Salary: $1700 – $2000 + incentives upon confirmation

– Location: East-Central

– Working schedule: 5 days work week, including weekends & PH

– Working time: Shift work = AM: 8.00am to 6.00pm / PM: 12.30pm to 10.30pm / Night: 10.30pm to 8.30am
