Job Description

Remuneration: $3,000 to $5,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all pre-sales related activities (requirements gathering, proposal formulation, resource planning, training and development, reporting, etc.) towards the successful acceptance and passing to the delivery teams
  • Acts as the technology partner or advisor to the customer and be the technical single point of contact (SPOC) on matters related to timelines and scope of projects’ delivery during pre-sales process
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) in sales engineering and solution customization, responding to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions, and provide shoulder-to-shoulder knowledge transfer or training to implementation teams
  • Work on expanding work scope with different customers and ensure the business is continuously developed
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, manpower and other critical functions between various and respective teams within the organisation to ensure smooth delivery of project
  • Prepare presentation materials as needed to provide the type and depth of information required for each customer
  • Conduct product demo and trainings to reseller for the technical aspects of the products.
  • Conduct pre-sales site visit and prepare for reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent field.
  • 1 to 2 years presales, consulting or product specialist experience or above
  • Good experience in managing “Virtual Teams” and partners
  • Excellent analytical, communication and service management skills
  • Good people and time management skills
  • Responsible and initiative
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of customer service for phone and face-to-face contact with customers.
  • Strong customer orientation, networking and portfolio management skills.
  • Self-motivated and an able to drive individual success.
  • Good communication skill; able to handle grievances and disputes.
